Trinidad Steel Dumping Suit Again Remanded To ITC

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 4:58 PM EDT) -- Following the instructions of a federal appeals court, the U.S. Court of International Trade has again remanded to the U.S. International Trade Commission the issue of whether steel wire rods imported from Trinidad and Tobago at below market prices cause material injury to the domestic industry.
