Sandoz Seeks To Appeal Ruling In Effexor Spat

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 6:50 PM EDT) -- Sandoz Inc. is seeking to appeal a ruling in favor of rival drugmaker Wyeth in order to avoid a “nightmare scenario” in one of Wyeth's lawsuits over generic versions of its drug Effexor, used to treat depression, anxiety and panic disorders.
