Motorola Asks ITC Judge To Force RIM To Divulge Info

Law360, New York (March 31, 2010, 6:58 PM EDT) -- Motorola Inc. has accused Research In Motion Ltd. of dragging its feet on the production of information crucial to Motorola's ability to efficiently pursue discovery in a U.S. International Trade Commission case claiming the BlackBerry maker imports products that infringe several patents.

Motorola filed a motion Monday to compel RIM to supplement its responses to a first set of interrogatories, arguing that the respondent has failed to fork over basic information that should be well-known and readily available.
