Ex-Arnold & Porter Partner Gets Probation In Tax Case

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 8:00 PM EDT) -- A judge has sentenced a former Arnold & Porter LLP partner to three years’ probation for his role in an allegedly fraudulent tax shelter scheme that resulted in prison sentences for four former partners of Ernst & Young LLP.
