Law360, New York (April 01, 2010, 4:03 PM ET) -- Panasonic Corp. has become the second defendant to check out of Ambato Media LLC's patent infringement suit against more than a dozen technology companies over auto navigation devices.
Judge T. John Ward in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday approved a joint motion to dismiss with prejudice all claims and counterclaims between the parties.
Each side agreed to pay its own costs and attorneys' fees, though further terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
