Law360, New York (April 01, 2010, 1:42 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has upheld a noninfringement ruling for Gem Electronics Inc. and trimmed violations against other respondents in a Section 337 probe initiated by PPC Inc. over coaxial cable connectors.
The ITC on Wednesday affirmed an administrative law judge's finding that the import and sale of cable connectors by Gem and its Taiwan-based supplier Fu-Ching Technical Industry Co. Ltd. did not infringe PPC-held U.S. Patent Numbers 5,470,257; D440,539; 6,558,194; and D519,076.
