RBC Brokers Win Conditional Cert. On FLSA Claims

Law360, New York (April 5, 2010, 3:04 PM EDT) -- RBC Capital Markets Corp. securities brokers have won conditional certification on their claims that the bank violated the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, but they lost their bid for certification of state wage-and-hour subclasses and a subclass under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
