Wal-Mart, Netflix Try Again To Trim Online Rental MDL

Law360, New York (April 01, 2010, 4:48 PM ET) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Netflix Inc. have moved to dismiss the latest antitrust claims from Blockbuster Inc. customers, arguing that the plaintiffs still haven't proved that a Blockbuster price increase was due to an alleged conspiracy in the online DVD rental market.
