Fidelity Whistleblower Suits Get Green Light

Law360, New York (April 1, 2010, 6:24 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied a bid by mutual fund group Fidelity Management and Research LLC to dismiss two whistleblower suits brought by two former employees who claim the company and its subsidiaries retaliated against them after they complained of improper business activities.
