DuPont, Motorola Still On Hook In Flight 447 Crash Suit

Law360, New York (April 5, 2010, 3:44 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has handed two victories to relatives of passengers and crew who died in the Air France Flight 447 crash, reversing an earlier ruling that let DuPont Co. out of the suit and denying Motorola Inc.'s motion to dismiss.

Judge Charles P. Kocoras of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois issued a ruling Thursday finding the plaintiffs' complaint had provided enough facts to keep the suit alive against the two defendants.
