Toll, Honeywell Settle Web Site Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 11:59 AM EDT) -- Citing a settlement between the parties, a judge has dismissed real estate Web site operator OLA LLC's breach of contract suit accusing homebuilders and manufacturers including Toll Brothers Inc. and Honeywell International Inc. of stealing technology in violation of intellectual property and antitrust laws.
