Tribune Bondholder Trustee Moves To Keep Case Alive

Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 5:05 PM EDT) -- A bondholder trustee has continued its tit-for-tat battle with Tribune Co., saying it did not violate the automatic bankruptcy stay by bringing an adversary case against Citigroup Inc. and other banks over their role in a 2007 leveraged buyout that left the news giant saddled with $9 billion in debt.
