Law360, New York (April 06, 2010, 7:54 PM ET) -- The remaining defendant in a concrete price-fixing class action in Indiana has agreed to pay $5.5 million to plaintiffs, in one of the few antitrust cases in history where class members are expected to receive 100 percent of what they were allegedly overcharged.
Builder's Concrete & Supply Inc. reached the agreement last week with lead plaintiffs and plans to file its proposed settlement in the U.S. District Court Southern District of Indiana within the next few days, according to attorneys for both the plaintiffs and defendant....
