Assistant AGs Hit NM With Equal Pay Suit

Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 3:31 PM EDT) -- Three assistant attorneys general in New Mexico are suing the state attorney general's office in federal court, alleging the office violated the Equal Pay Act and other laws by paying female attorneys less than it pays similarly situated male attorneys.
