State AGs To Sens.: Don't Trample Our Climate Work

John Kerry, D-Mass.; Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.; and Joseph Lieberman, I-Conn., exhorting the lawmakers not to undo the progress states have made on climate change and energy efficiency as Congress prepares to take up legislation on the issue.
