Draft Climate Bill Skimps On Mass Transit: Sens.

Thomas Carper, D-Del., and seven U.S. Senate colleagues are calling on the lead negotiators of climate change legislation to add measures to the bill improving investment in mass transportation infrastructure, or else risk missing ambitious carbon emission reduction goals.
