Firms Should Divulge Partners' Status To NALP: Letter

Law360, New York (April 8, 2010, 3:52 PM EDT) -- Dozens of lawyers, judges and law school deans are imploring the National Association for Law Placement Inc. to reconsider its decision to not differentiate between nonequity and equity partnership, a distinction they believe is central to obtaining an accurate picture of law firm diversity.
