Law360, New York (April 08, 2010, 2:36 PM ET) -- Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc.'s broker-dealer unit has agreed to settle a dispute with two former employees who jumped to Raymond James Financial Services Inc. and allegedly took client information with them.
Under the agreement, which settles a trade secrets suit filed by Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. in March, financial advisers Mark Bublitz and Nicholas Bonn will not solicit their former clients for a year in exchange for Merrill agreeing to give the pairs' contact information to clients who ask for it....
