Congress To Study Smokeless Tobacco Use In MLB

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 3:49 PM EDT) -- As the 2010 Major League Baseball season gets under way, U.S. Representative Frank Pallone, D-N.J., is calling for hearings to examine the use and health effects of chewing tobacco in young people and whether certain pro baseball stars' use of the smokeless stuff is leading kids to give it a try.
