Cohen Milstein OK'd As Counsel In Plasma Pricing MDL

Law360, New York (April 09, 2010, 1:44 PM ET) -- Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC has defeated a hospital's bid to disqualify the firm from representing a class of medical facilities in multidistrict litigation accusing CSL Ltd. and Baxter International Inc. of conspiring to fix the prices of plasma-derivative protein therapies.
