ITC To Conduct Full Review Of Warmwater Shrimp

Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 1:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has said it will conduct a full review of anti-dumping duty orders assigned to frozen warmwater shrimp imported from Brazil, China, India, Thailand and Vietnam.

The investigation, part of the commission's five-year sunset review process, will decide whether revoking duties on the shrimp imports could prompt renewed harm to the U.S. industry in the foreseeable future, the ITC announced Friday.
