NY Man Gets 3 Months For Taking UBS Broker Tips

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 4:21 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has sentenced Michael Koulouroudis to three months in prison for allegations that he made illegal trades based on tips from a UBS Investment Bank employee.

Judge Paul G. Gardephe handed down the sentence Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, ordering Koulouroudis, 60, to spend three months in prison and three months in home conferment.
