No Quick Relief For Knowles In ITC Case Over Mics

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 6:25 PM EDT) -- An administrative law judge in the U.S. International Trade Commission has denied Knowles Electronics LLC's bid for a temporary order blocking rival Analog Devices Inc. from importing silicon microphone packages that allegedly infringe two patents.

Administrative Law Judge Robert K. Rogers ruled in an order published Wednesday that Knowles did not have a likelihood of success on its infringement claims over U.S. Patent Numbers 6,781,231 and 7,242,089, and had failed to demonstration irreparable harm.
