Law360, New York (January 09, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to review an appeals court decision striking down a lawsuit against dozens of medical schools and teaching hospitals in a dispute over an alleged conspiracy to depress medical students’ compensation.
