CIT Rolls Ball Bearings Case Back To ITC

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 2:14 PM EDT) -- In a victory for manufacturers in Japan and the United Kingdom, a judge in the U.S. Court of International Trade has ordered a partial remand of a U.S. sunset review of anti-dumping duties on imported ball bearings.

Judge Judith Barzilay ruled Monday that the U.S. International Trade Commission had not supported part of its cumulation analysis with substantial evidence. She remanded the ITC's dumping determination a third time.
