Sirius XM Seeks To Limit Antitrust Class Action

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 2:22 PM EDT) -- Sirius XM Radio Inc. has moved to pare down a proposed antitrust and breach of contract class action over the 2008 merger that created the satellite radio giant, arguing that the plaintiffs lack standing to bring many of their consumer protection claims.
