Defendants Added To Army Food Price-Hike Case

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 3:35 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors have added two subsidiaries of a Kuwaiti company to a six-count indictment accusing several companies of inflating prices on contracts worth over $8.5 billion to provide food for U.S. military personnel stationed in Iraq, Kuwait and Jordan.

Kuwaiti and U.S. subsidiaries of The Public Warehousing Co., now known as Agility LLC, were added to a grand jury's indictment, revised in February and unsealed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
