Minn. Hilton Settles Retaliation Suit Related To 'Orgy'

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 1:39 PM EDT) -- Hilton Hotels Corp. has settled suits by three former workers who said its Minneapolis hotel retaliated against them after they discovered managers engaging in sexual acts in a banquet room.

Judge Michael J. Davis of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota signed off on the parties' stipulations of dismissal Monday.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs and defendants said the two sides had reached a confidential settlement.
