LA Residents Sue Over Toxins From Exxon Facility

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 6:34 PM EDT) -- Former residents of the shuttered Ujima Village housing complex, which was built on the site of a former oil tank storage facility, have filed a suit against Los Angeles County and Exxon Mobil Corp. for exposure to toxins they say have already claimed the lives of at least 38 people.
