Nokia Wants Swift Markman Hearing In Apple 337 Spat

Law360, New York (April 14, 2010, 12:39 PM EDT) -- Nokia Corp. has asked an administrative law judge to reconsider an order extending the final target date in the company's Section 337 case against Apple Inc., saying the order will give Apple two extra months to infringe Nokia's patents.

The cell phone and electronics maker lodged a motion Tuesday challenging Judge E. James Gildea's determination that claims construction will require an 18-month investigation, rather than the 16-month schedule originally imposed.
