Insurers Off Hook In Bug Repellent False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (April 16, 2010, 3:29 PM ET) -- The insurers for Buzz Off Insect Shield LLC, a maker of insect repellent clothing, had no duty to defend the company against a false advertising suit brought by bug spray maker S.C. Johnson & Son Inc., the Supreme Court of North Carolina has ruled.
