Russian Oil Fails to Quench E.U. Concerns

Law360, New York (January 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Russia restarted the oil flow through the Druzhba pipeline on Thursday, following the resolution of a dispute with Belarus. But the clash, which left five European countries with an oil shortage for three days, has called into question the dependability of Russia as an energy supplier.
