Aldo, Store Managers Get Approval For OT Settlement

Law360, New York (April 16, 2010, 2:06 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has approved the settlement of a collective action brought by former and current store managers of shoe retailer Aldo U.S. Inc. alleging they were not properly compensated for overtime worked.

Judge James S. Moody Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District Court of Florida approved the nationwide settlement, the terms of which are confidential, in an order Thursday. Only California managers are excluded from the class.
