Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 4:58 PM ET) -- Mars Inc. has accused Naturex SA and two nutritional supplement makers of willfully infringing nine patents related to chemicals found in cocoa extract that may boost coronary health.
The candy company sued the French specialty ingredient manufacturer along with Nutraceutical Corp., Life Extension Foundation Inc. and several related companies in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on April 13.
