Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 3:49 PM EDT) -- “Girls Gone Wild” creator Joe Francis has been hit with a breach of contract suit over unpaid legal bills by Tallahassee, Fla.-based law firm Bateman Harden PA, which represented Francis in a proposed class action suit by women alleging they were filmed for the pornographic videos while they were underage.
