Societe Generale Ex-Trader Charged With Code Theft
Samarth Agrawal, 26, was charged Monday with one count of trade secrets theft for allegedly taking copies of Societe Generale's computer code from the firm's New York offices, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
