Drug Test Co. Wants Negligence Coverage Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 5:23 PM ET) -- A Kentucky drug testing company wants a federal court to toss a declaratory judgment suit from State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. over coverage of underlying negligence claims, saying the court lacks jurisdiction because it is not adjudicating the underlying suit.
