Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 2:46 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing Schering-Plough Corp.'s suit to block Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc. from making a generic version of anti-cholesterol treatment Zetia has ruled that three claims of Schering's asserted patent are invalid, but rejected Glenmark's bid to invalidate additional claims.
