Kyocera Targets 2 Norman Wireless Patents

Law360, New York (April 22, 2010, 4:53 PM EDT) -- Japan-based electronics giant Kyocera Corp. has become the latest company to slap Norman IP Holdings LLC with a suit seeking a judgment that its patents related to wireless communications are invalid.

Kyocera's complaint, lodged Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, seeks a judgment that Norman-held U.S. Patent Numbers 5,592,555 and 5,502,689 are invalid and not infringed.
