Ohio Sales Associates Hit Dillard's With OT Action

Law360, New York (April 23, 2010, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Two former Dillard's Inc. sales associates in Ohio have filed a proposed overtime wage collective and class action that alleges the department store chain breached a contract by not responding to attempts to arbitrate the dispute.

Marie Aracri and Laura Grady filed a complaint Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, alleging Dillard's willfully violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Ohio Minimum Wage Law.
