Law360, New York (April 22, 2010, 4:30 PM ET) -- A federal judge has refused to toss inventor Leon Stambler's suit accusing a slew of retailers of infringing two patents for online transaction security technology, despite claims from defendants Travelocity LP and Ticketmaster LLC that earlier litigation already addressed the same issues.
