Hoyt Off Hook In Dry-Cleaning Chemical Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2010, 3:36 PM ET) -- The federal judge overseeing Hinds Investments LP's suit seeking to recover costs from several defendants to remediate chemical contamination at one of its properties has tossed claims that Hoyt Corp. knowingly designed dry-cleaning equipment that generated the hazardous waste.
