Enviros Urge Delay Of Keystone Pipeline Plan

Law360, New York (April 26, 2010, 2:13 PM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental groups is urging the U.S. Department of State to put a hold on the permitting process for a massive oil pipeline designed to carry fuel extracted from tar sands in western Canada into the United States, arguing that the plan's environmental impacts have not been adequately considered.
