Merrill Investor Appeals ARS Class Action Dismissal

Law360, New York (April 26, 2010, 6:04 PM EDT) -- One of the lead plaintiffs in a putative shareholder class action accusing Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. of manipulating the market by propping up auction rate securities has elected to appeal the district court's final judgment that the investment bank provided enough disclosure about the functioning of the market.
