Samsung Loses Bid For Quick Win In ITC Memory Spat

Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 12:57 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge has dealt another blow to respondent Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. in its battle with Spansion Inc. over flash memory, denying the electronics maker summary judgment of noninfringement regarding two patents.

Administrative Law Judge Charles E. Bullock denied Samsung's two motions for summary determination of noninfringement of U.S. Patent Numbers 6,080,639 and 5,715,194 in a confidential order Monday.
