Regent Speeds Out Of Bankruptcy With Plan Intact

Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 2:43 PM EDT) -- Regent Communications Inc. has sailed through a prenegotiated Chapter 11, emerging in under two months with a plan that would see unsecured creditors paid in full and cut the company's debt by $87 million.

The company said Tuesday that it had successfully completed all conditions of its first amended joint plan of reorganization, which Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved April 12.
