Massey Hit With Suit Over Alleged Permit Violations

Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 7:05 PM EDT) -- Four environmental groups lodged a complaint Tuesday alleging beleaguered coal company Massey Energy Co. repeatedly exceeded Clean Water Act permit limits by dumping toxic aluminum and other pollutants into waterways.
