DC Circ. Axes 2nd Challenge To Dominion LNG Project

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 5:26 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has denied Washington Gas Light Co.'s second challenge of a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission order approving the expansion of a Dominion Resources Inc. liquefied natural gas terminal in Maryland, which the utility claimed could drastically increase the chance of leaks in its distribution system.
