Harrah's Sues Online Poker Co. Over $22M Ad Deal

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 2:06 PM EDT) -- Harrah's Interactive Entertainment Inc., whose parent company owns the rights to the wildly popular World Series of Poker tournament, has accused an offshore gambling outfit of stiffing it on a $22 million promotional deal.

The Las Vegas-based entertainment giant's lawsuit, lodged Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, targets West Indies-based defendant Ultra Internet Media SA, which has already filed its own suit over the ad deal.
