ITC Merges Apple 337 Cases Against Nokia, HTC

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 1:46 PM EDT) -- Putting aside Apple Inc.’s protests, an administrative law judge at the U.S. International Trade Commission has ruled that overlapping patents require partial consolidation of Apple’s Section 337 case against Nokia Corp.’s smartphones with a similar proceeding targeting personal data devices made by HTC Corp.
